Processing and preparation times

All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before being shipped.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our workshop.

Delivery times and rates

Delivery times vary depending on your destination address and the shipping method chosen when placing the order.

The shipping costs applicable to your order are calculated and displayed automatically at the time of payment.

Order tracking

Once your package has been taken over by the carrier, you can track its progress in real time using the tracking link provided in your shipping email.

Lost, damaged packages or delays

Lande Accessories is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package arrives damaged or is declared lost by the carrier, please contact us quickly with supporting photos so that we can find a solution.
